Job Description

  • जॉब रोल – हेल्परवेल्डर, फिटर, मशीन ऑपरेटर और अन्य Production Staff को रोज़ाना के काम में सहायता करना।
  • आवश्यकता के अनुसार कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, ड्रिलिंग, टैपिंग, फिटिंग और फैब्रिकेशन के काम में सहायता करना।
  • Raw Material, Components, Tools और तैयार पार्ट्स को सुरक्षित तरीके से उठाना और शिफ्ट करना।
  • मशीन की Assembly, Fitting और Material Handling के काम में कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना।
  • फैक्ट्री के अंदर Material की Loading, Unloading और Shifting में सहायता करना।
  • Tools, Work Area और Production Area को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • Supervisor और Senior Workers द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार काम करना।
  • Daily Production Target पूरा करने में टीम की सहायता करना।
  • कंपनी के Safety Rules का पालन करना और आवश्यक PPE का सही उपयोग करना।
  • Housekeeping और 5S Practices को बनाए रखना।
  • Supervisor द्वारा दिए गए अन्य सामान्य Production-related कार्यों में सहायता करना।


  • Job Role – HelperAssist Welders, Fitters, Machine Operators and other production staff in daily work.
  • Assist in cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, fitting and fabrication activities as required.
  • Handle and move raw materials, components, tools and finished parts safely.
  • Support workers during machine assembly, fitting and material handling activities.
  • Assist in loading, unloading and shifting of materials within the factory.
  • Keep tools, work areas and production sections clean and organized.
  • Follow instructions given by supervisors and senior workers.
  • Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
  • Follow company safety rules and use required PPE properly.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
  • Perform other general production-related work as assigned by the supervisor.
