Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – EV Business (Dealer & Distributor Network)

Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) / Automobile ONLY (Non-Automobile applicants will not be considered)

Experience: 2.5+ Years (Mandatory in EV / Automobile Sales)

Location: Gujarat

About the Role:

Rilox Group is hiring an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Electric Vehicle (EV) dealer and distributor network across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint, onboard, and manage new EV channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the designated region.
  • Conduct extensive market visits to identify growth opportunities and high-potential dealer locations.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with regional automotive retail networks.
  • Coordinate with internal management and technical teams for seamless operational execution.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

  • Minimum 2.5 years of core sales experience strictly in EV or Automobile sector.
  • Proven track record in dealer network expansion and channel sales management.
  • Strong local market knowledge and fluency in Gujarati.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
