Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain our tender-related offerings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Regularly update CRM with lead status, discussions, and follow-up details.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Experience in B2B sales, tender, GeM, or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
