Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage client communication, coordinate leads, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads.
• Coordinate with clients and sales team for product requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery with internal departments.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and converting leads.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of quotation and order processing.
• Good English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a related field.
