Business Development Executive

Roles: Business Development Manager & Business Development Executive

This isn't just a lead-generation role. You'll be responsible for understanding the client's business, identifying their needs, presenting the right solution, handling objections, and closing the deal.

What You'll Do:

Own client conversations from first contact to closing.

Conduct structured discovery calls with founders and business leaders.

Build trust and understand the real business challenges.

Manage multiple stakeholders within an account.

Translate technical/AI concepts into simple business language.

Present tailored commercial solutions.

Handle objections around price, timing, and trust.

Maintain clear CRM/client records and follow-ups.

Ensure every conversation ends with a clear next step.
