Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruiters to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role will focus on recruiting candidates for opportunities across the US market.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We are looking for candidates with excellent spoken English, confidence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Speak with candidates about job opportunities, requirements, and interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Build positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working the US night shift.
• Willing to work onsite in Ahmedabad.
