Job Description
Job title - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Location: Iscon Ahmedabad - 380015
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate positions across multiple plant locations in India.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche manufacturing roles.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/HRMS and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment documentation.
