📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential real estate clients.
• Conduct client meetings and understand property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property showings and site visits.
• Explain property details, pricing, and relevant information to clients.
• Handle plot sales and property resale opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Work in the field to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12th Pass candidate with good communication and convincing skills.
• Freshers can apply.
• Interest in real estate sales and field work.
• Should be comfortable meeting clients and conducting property visits.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, as per skill and experience
• Incentive: ₹80,000+ as per performance
