International Pharma Export Marketing Executive

Sadhvi Healthcare is looking for an experienced International Pharma Export Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Export Industry.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in an International Export / Export Marketing Department, including international calling, overseas client handling, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and export business development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop international markets for Pharma and Nutraceutical products.
• Identify and approach international importers, distributors, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Make professional international calls to overseas customers and generate business enquiries.
• Handle international clients through calls, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Generate qualified international leads and convert enquiries into export orders.
• Prepare and share quotations, product details, offers, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with international customers.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with overseas clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
• Develop new distributors and business partners in international markets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for samples, quotations, orders, and export requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets.
• Mandatory Requirements2–5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Export Company.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in International Export / Export Marketing.
• Proven experience in International Calling and Overseas Client Handling.
• Excellent spoken English and strong professional communication skills.
• Good written English for emails, quotations, and business communication.
• Experience in International Sales / Export Marketing / International Business Development.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, lead generation, and sales conversion skills.
• Good knowledge of international customer communication and export business processes.

African Market ExperienceCandidates with previous professional experience handling African Pharma Markets / African Countries will be highly preferred.

Experience with countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Ethiopia, or other African markets will be an added advantage.

Candidates who have previously worked with African importers, distributors, pharmaceutical companies, or buyers will be preferred.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a confident, professional, target-oriented, and self-motivated Pharma Export professional who can independently communicate with overseas customers and develop international business.

Freshers are not preferred.

Only candidates with relevant Pharma Export + International Calling + International Client Handling experience should apply.

Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹75,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience, international market exposure, communication skills, and previous performance.
