Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced, disciplined and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to sell our software and services through outbound calling, lead follow-ups and online communication.

This is a full-time Work From Home position. Candidates must be comfortable working with defined activity, calling and sales targets.

• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or Telecalling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up with prospects professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer operations.
• Candidate must have a Laptop/Desktop, stable high-speed internet, smartphone/headset and a quiet working environment.
• Must be comfortable working under measurable performance and activity targets.
• Key ResponsibilitiesContact company-provided leads and prospects through outbound calls.
• Maintain the company's required minimum calling activity/target.
• Achieve a minimum 2% sales/conversion result, as defined by company policy.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Update every lead, call, follow-up and outcome correctly in the CRM.
• Maintain proper customer communication and professional conduct.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.
• Submit required sales/activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Working Hours & Attendance8 working hours per day.
• Regular login, attendance and active working hours are mandatory.
• Calling, CRM activity and productivity may be monitored for performance purposes.
• Repeated absenteeism, fake activity, manipulation of call records or intentional misuse of company data may result in disciplinary action.

Weekly Off: As per company policy.

Salary StructureStarting Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Based on experience, consistent performance and achievement of defined targets, the fixed salary can increase up to ₹35,000 per month.

Salary eligibility will depend on:

• Attendance and working hours
• Required calling/activity levels
• CRM discipline
• Follow-up performance
• Sales/conversion performance
• Overall work quality and discipline

Sales Incentives: Additional incentives/commission may be applicable as per the company's incentive policy.

First 15 Days – Training & Assessment PeriodThe first 15 days will be a Training & Performance Assessment Period.

During this period, the regular fixed monthly salary structure will not apply. Compensation will be calculated according to the company's disclosed training/calling-performance policy.

Continuation in the regular role will depend on successful completion of the assessment.

Refundable Security DepositA ₹1,500 refundable security deposit is applicable for this Work From Home role.

A proper receipt/acknowledgement will be provided.

The purpose of the deposit, refund timeline, conditions for refund and any applicable deductions/non-refund conditions will be clearly mentioned in the written agreement provided before payment.

No candidate should make any payment without receiving the company's official terms and acknowledgement.

Probation & Notice PeriodSelected candidates may be placed under a probation period as per company policy.

After confirmation, resignation/termination and notice-period requirements will be governed by the employment agreement/company policy.

Data ConfidentialityCustomer information, leads, CRM data, scripts, pricing, training material and other company information are confidential.

Employees must not copy, share, sell, export or misuse company/customer data.
