Job Description

We are looking for a goal-driven and motivating Sales Telecalling Team Leader to oversee our inside sales squad. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking daily call metrics, handling script rollouts, and training agents to smash their conversion goals. The ideal candidate possesses an extensive background in cold calling, high emotional intelligence to handle high-rejection environments, and strong leadership to inspire a team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Team Management & Motivation

 

Drive high energy: Keep the telecalling agents motivated daily to hit call volume and conversion milestones.

 

Conduct regular meetings: Lead daily standups and weekly reviews to break down team objectives.

 

Run 1-on-1 feedback blocks: Mentor team members using real call recordings to pinpoint performance gaps.

 

Manage performance tracks: Execute performance improvement plans (PIPs) or progressive disciplinary measures if goals lag.
