Sales and Marketing Executive

Location - Field Sales, Gujarat region

1. Job Description – Field Sales EngineerCustomer Visits: Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop new customers in assigned territories and industries.
3. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate company products, technical solutions, and applications to customers, consultants, and decision-makers.
4. Technical Support: Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products or solutions in coordination with the technical/design team.
5. Sales & Order Generation: Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and customer loyalty.
7. Market Development: Conduct market research to identify new industries, applications, competitors, and potential customers within the assigned territory.
8. Order & Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams regarding order execution, dispatches, deliveries, and payment follow-ups with customers.
9. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, orders, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly sales activities.
10. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and territory development targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
