Job Description

  • Manage and organize all important financial documents, KYC files, and digital records neatly.
  • Should know how to use Laptop, preferred Tally.
  • Handle accurate data entry in spreadsheets to keep client portfolios up to date.
  • Assist with invoice formatting, tracking expenses, and routine billing tasks.
  • Coordinate formal email and phone follow-ups with clients and external partners.
  • Provide general administrative support to keep daily office operations running smoothly.


  • નાણાકીય દસ્તાવેજો અને રેકોર્ડ્સ: બધા મહત્વપૂર્ણ નાણાકીય દસ્તાવેજો, KYC ફાઇલો અને ડિજિટલ રેકોર્ડ્સને વ્યવસ્થિત રીતે ગોઠવવા અને સાચવવા.
  • કમ્પ્યુટર જ્ઞાન: લેપટોપનો ઉપયોગ કરતા આવડવું જોઈએ, અને ટેલી (Tally) સોફ્ટવેરનું જ્ઞાન ધરાવનારને પ્રથમ પસંદગી આપવામાં આવશે.
  • ડેટા એન્ટ્રી: ક્લાયન્ટ પોર્ટફોલિયોને અપ-ટૂ-ડેટ રાખવા માટે સ્પ્રેડશીટ્સ (Excel/Google Sheets) માં સચોટ ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવી.
  • બિલિંગ અને એકાઉન્ટ્સ: ઇન્વોઇસ (બિલ) બનાવવા, ઓફિસના ખર્ચાઓનો હિસાબ રાખવો અને નિયમિત બિલિંગના કાર્યોમાં મદદ કરવી.
  • કોમ્યુનિકેશન અને ઓફિસ સપોર્ટ: ગ્રાહકો અને ભાગીદારો સાથે ઇમેઇલ તેમજ ફોન દ્વારા ફોલો-અપ લેવું અને ઓફિસની દૈનિક કામગીરી સરળતાથી ચલાવવામાં મદદ કરવી.
