Job Description
a) Day to Day Accounts, Finance, Logistics activities.
b) Collaborate with cross functional team for Inward, Out-Ward, material inventory ERP / Tally entries, complying GST, TDS, statutory Liaisons etc. with update records of Accounts.
c) To be review and verifying Invoices and manage accounts, Bills, Coordination with seniors and update books of accounts.
d) Reconciliation bank entries and ledger entries and update MIS.
e) Organizing documents for supply chain and logistic.
f) Coordination with vendor, internal team members and responding to inquiries in a time manner.
g) Technical upgrade & Modifications, Trouble Shooting, Customer Supports, Safety Protocols.
h) Bank and Cash management
