Job Responsibilities

  • Air, Rail & Bus ticket booking
  • Ticket cancellation & refund follow-up
  • Customer queries and WhatsApp handling
  • Fare checking and sharing suitable options
  • PNR/ticket details verification
  • Sending tickets and booking details to customers
  • Maintaining basic booking records
  • Coordinating with customers and the office team

Required Skills

Good computer knowledge

  • WhatsApp Business & Email handling
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Travel ticketing experience preferred
  • Responsible and customer-friendly attitude

ImportantCandidates with previous Travel Agency / Ticketing experience will be preferred.
