🔹 Roles & Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) –

1. Customer Interaction & Support -Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, offers, and services.
• Coordinate and schedule test drives.

2. Lead Management -Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and service leads.

• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
• Track daily lead status and report to the sales manager.

3. After-Sales Coordination Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Schedule service appointments and send reminders.
• Assist customers with warranty claims and service-related queries.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth service experience.

4. Complaint Handling -Address customer complaints professionally and empathetically.

• Escalate complex issues to higher management when required.
• Ensure timely resolution and maintain positive customer relationships.

5. Customer Retention Activities -Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Inform customers about new models, exchange offers, and promotions.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals.

6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on follow-ups and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and company standards.
