Inventory Management Executive

Job Description:

Trooms Brands Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations across our retail stores and warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, stock reconciliation, physical verification, stock transfers, inward/outward entries, inventory audits, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for stores and warehouse.
• Manage stock inward, outward, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve stock shortages, excess, damaged stock, and mismatches.
• Verify stock received against invoices, transfer documents, and system records.
• Track stock movement between stores and warehouse.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• Coordinate with Store Incharges, warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Support regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure all stock movements are updated correctly in the system.
• Follow company inventory policies and control procedures.
• Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in Inventory / Stock Management / Warehouse / Retail Operations.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP / POS / Inventory Management Software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of inventory data.
• Willingness to visit stores/warehouses for physical stock verification when required.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in retail fashion, apparel, footwear, lifestyle stores, or multi-store retail operations will be preferred.
