ASSOCIATE

Position: Store Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Details

The candidate must be comfortable working in Day Shift or Night Shift, as per the store

requirement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Store Associate to

handle daily store operations, including cashier duties, stock management, goods handling,

basic kitchen support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle daily cashier and billing activities.

● Manage incoming and outgoing goods and store inventory.

● Perform regular stock checking and stock counting.

● Ensure products are properly arranged, stored, and maintained.

● Assist with quick/basic kitchen handling and preparation when required.

● Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store and work area.

● Enter and maintain basic records using a computer/POS system.

● Check product availability and report low-stock items.

● Provide basic assistance and service to customers.

● Handle cash and billing records responsibly.

● Follow company procedures and maintain discipline at the workplace.

● Be flexible to work in Day or Night Shift as assigned.

Required Skills

● Basic knowledge of computer operations.

● Basic knowledge of English speaking and understanding is mandatory.

● Good communication and customer-handling skills.

● Basic knowledge of cashier and billing processes.

● Ability to manage stock and goods properly.

● Ability to handle basic kitchen work quickly when required.

● Honest, responsible, and hardworking personality.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience

● Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

● Freshers can apply.

● Experience in retail, cashier, store operations, stock handling, or food/kitchen

operations will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
