Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand customer requirements for APIs and pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with the internal team to obtain product availability and rates from suppliers.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Regularly follow up with customers on quotations and enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be able to read and understand API names, product names.
• Basic to intermediate English reading ability.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic.
• Experience in Pharma / API / Chemical Sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
