Job Description

  • Daily reporting to Management on Tasks completed and Pending for the day/week/month.
  • Act as a centralized point of contact for all work related task reporting to the management.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmentalfunctioning.
  • Maintain and update complete employee records, personal files, and HR documentation incompliance with company policy.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, reports, and MIS covering recruitment,training, performance, and attendance.
  • Coordinate payroll activities including salary processing, leave management, statutorycompliances, and bonus calculations.
  • Assist in manpower planning and HR budgeting activities in coordination with departmentheads.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs to onboard new employees effectively.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and statutory matters in a timelymanner.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal and evaluation process.
  • Support implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across HRfunctions.
