Job Description
🏢 Company: Sheelpe Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (Aava Natural Mineral Water)
📍 Location: Hansol, Ahmedabad (near Airport Circle, C.S.D. Depot)
☀️ Shift: Day shift
🎓 Qualification: ITI Electrician or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Wireman licence preferred
⚡ Experience: 2 to 5 years. FMCG background preferred (packaged drinking water, beverages, dairy, food processing)

🎯 Job Role
✔ Attending electrical breakdowns on all plant machinery and restoring production in the shortest possible time
✔ Preventive maintenance of LT panels, three phase motors, starters, VFDs, contactors, overload relays, sensors and control wiring
✔ Handling the complete electrical department: LT panel, DB, capacitor bank, cabling, earthing and factory lighting
✔ Supporting the maintenance team on blowing machine, filler, capper, labeller, shrink packing machine, conveyor, air compressor, chiller and cooling tower
✔ DG set operation, daily energy consumption and power factor monitoring
✔ Spares inventory of electrical items and timely indent for critical spares
✔ Lock out and tag out and all electrical safety practices, including for contract manpower
✔ Maintaining breakdown history, PM checklists and job cards for audit
✅ What we are looking for
✔ Able to fault trace and restore a running line independently
✔ Able to read electrical drawings
✔ Practical, hands on and safety conscious
✔ Willing to stay back for a breakdown when required
✔ Basic computer knowledge for maintenance records
