Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, repair & troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, wiring and industrial equipment.
  • Handle breakdown & preventive maintenance of cashew processing machinery, motors, LT/MCC panels, compressors, boiler auxiliaries, DG sets & lighting.
  • Troubleshoot DOL/Star-Delta starters, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, contactors, relays, MCB/MCCB & control circuits.
  • Perform electrical inspection, testing, earthing and megger testing.
  • Read Electrical Drawings, SLDs & Control Wiring Diagrams.
  • Carry out panel wiring, cable laying, glanding, termination, installation & commissioning.
  • Ensure LOTO, electrical safety, 5S/TPM and applicable safety standards.
  • Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records and critical electrical spares.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of 3-Phase Systems, LT Panels, Motors, Starters, VFD & Control Circuits.
  • Basic PLC, Compressor & Boiler Electrical knowledge.
  • Experience with Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger & Earth Tester.
  • Industrial/Food/Cashew/Agro Processing experience preferred.
  • ITI Electrician / Diploma Electrical.
  • Wireman/Supervisor License preferred.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
