Job Opening: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Overview
- Role: Sales Executive / BDE / Business Analyst
- Industry: Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
- Core Products: Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital
- Experience: Minimum 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source leads for home loans, mortgages, and business credit.
- Client Analysis: Evaluate business financial health to match credit needs.
- Product Pitching: Present working capital and loan structures to business clients.
- Relationship Management: Bridge communication between clients and banking partners.
- Target Achievement: Complete monthly loan file log-ins and disbursement targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: At least 6 months in banking sales or financial services.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan eligibility, mortgage norms, and KYC processes.
- Skills: Clear spoken communication, confident negotiation, and basic financial analysis.
- Good communicate in English, Gujarati, Hindi
