Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-organised and communication-savvy candidate to handle Builder Project Coordination, Telecalling, Lead Follow-up and Client Coordination. The candidate will act as a key coordination point between Property Navigators, builders/developers, sales team and prospective clients. We need Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Good Hindi, Gujarati and English communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and builder representatives. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM. Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to learn real estate projects. Real estate / telecalling / sales / customer-service experience will be an advantage.
