Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_2618_1066472
- Source and acquire Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through market mapping and customer networking.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and disbursement processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners.
- Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, CASA, and business loans.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Banking Sales, or NBFC sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of secured lending and property-backed financing products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
