Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Executives who are confident, target-oriented, and excellent at communication. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, business services, consulting, financial services, or other service-based industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, references, and other channels.
* Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
* Pitch company services and convert prospects into clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development / Sales.
* Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries is preferred.
* Candidates from any industry with strong sales and communication skills can apply.
* No employment gap is preferred.
* Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are welcome to apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
