Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with clients to uncover opportunities that drive meaningful business value. You lead comprehensive assessments of the current operational state and work closely with stakeholders to capture high-level customer needs. Your role includes designing business solutions and frameworks that align with these needs and crafting compelling business cases to support the realization of strategic goals. This position requires a thoughtful approach to understanding complex business environments and translating insights into actionable plans that guide transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business requirements to various stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to facilitate discussions and present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
