Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with technology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain competitive in the evolving technology landscape. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive foundational training across various domains including technology, delivery, and professional development. The Technology Educator also dedicates time to developing and refining course materials, designing assessment questions, and collaborating with stakeholders to align training programs with industry standards. Through continuous interaction with learners and subject matter experts, the role fosters an environment of growth and learning, supporting talent development and cross-skilling initiatives within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs that address current and emerging technology trends.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning among team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding them through their learning and development journey.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Generative AI Studio.
- Strong ability to develop engaging and effective training content tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Experience in designing assessments and certification materials to evaluate learner competencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Generative AI Studio.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
