Science Communicator & Facilitator

MadLabs is an interactive STEM and science experience centre Designed by "Seed2Sapling Education" where children and families explore science through hands-on exhibits, challenges, experiments, and play. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with people, especially children, and can help create engaging learning experiences.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and interact with visitors, school groups, and families

• Guide visitors through exhibits and activities

• Encourage curiosity by asking questions and helping visitors explore ideas

• Conduct demonstrations and hands-on science activities

• Support workshops, events, and school visits

• Help maintain exhibit spaces and activity zones

• Ensure visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable speaking with children, parents, and groups

• Energetic, friendly, and confident

• Curious and willing to learn

• Able to think on your feet and handle different situations

• Comfortable standing, moving around, and actively engaging with visitors throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate student can apply

• Background in Science, Education, Engineering, Arts, Design, Communication, or related fields is welcome

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Experience in teaching, training, customer interaction, events, facilitation, theatre, public speaking, or child engagement is an advantage
