Role Summary
Responsible for collecting, validating, updating, and maintaining accurate property and market data to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and update property and market information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database.
- Conduct market surveys and research to identify new properties and developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate and enrich data.
- Perform regular database quality checks and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and support business teams with reliable market data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in database management, market research, or real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
