Job Title: Stores Executive

Department: Stores

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned departments for material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper identification, storage, and organization of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments regarding material movement.
• Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, or shortage items and report them to the concerned person.
• Update inventory data in Excel/software regularly.
• Support monthly and periodic stock audits.

Required Skills

• Inventory & stock management
• Good knowledge of storekeeping procedures
• MS Excel – basic to intermediate level
• Knowledge of Zoho books software is an added advantage.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to identify and reconcile stock discrepancies
• Good coordination and communication skills

Qualification

• Any degree / Diploma preferred. Candidates with experience in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse, or Material Management can be considered.
