As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring their needs are effectively translated into practical technology solutions. This role requires active engagement in discussions around transformation and the customer journey, collaborating closely with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business requirements. The Integration Engineer plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology implementation, facilitating seamless integration processes that support client success and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
He/She should have experience on implementing integrations on ServiceNow Platform, independently deliver complex automation work
Candidate is expected to be worked upon the key deliverables that involve integration design between ServiceNow and other applications
Must have good communication skills, should be able to drive discussions with stakeholders independently
Must know ServiceNow scripting

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
