We are looking for a enthusiastic, organized, and proactive HR Executive to manage our end-to-end employee lifecycle activities—from recruitment to offboarding for a CA Firm.

working days - 6 days in a week

Interview mode - f2f only at Goregaon office

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection: Source, screen, and schedule candidates for open positions across departments.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct initial HR screening rounds and align technical/managerial interviews.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and deliver orientation/induction sessions for new hires.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and issue key letters including Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, and Experience/Relieving Certificates.
• Attendance Management: Track and process daily attendance, leave records, and inputs for payroll processing.
• Offboarding & FNF: Manage employee exit procedures, clearance checklists, and full & final (FNF) settlement calculations.
• General HR Operations: Assist in employee engagement, policy compliance, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
• Experience: 2+ year in core HR operations or generalist functions.

• Key Skills:
• Basic understanding of Indian payroll components and FNF calculations.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing portals and scheduling interviews.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
