As our SAP Stock Room Management Senior Business Analyst, you will keep the warehouse systems that Novo relies on running smoothly, around the clock and around the world. You will design solutions, resolve issues and shape new warehouse capabilities, including how AI can improve them. Thousands of colleagues use these systems every day to run manufacturing, supply and sales, so your expertise helps keep the supply chain moving for people living with serious chronic diseases.

 

What you’ll bring

You are an experienced SAP specialist who is confident working independently and enjoys turning business needs into reliable warehouse solutions.

 

• A degree such as BE, BTech, MBA, MCA, MSc or MCom, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in SAP Stock Room Management (StRM) rollout and support projects, with expert-level knowledge and Handling Unit (HU) management skills specific to StRM.
• Working experience in SAP EWM and knowledge of ATTP.
• Solid experience in warehousing processes, including implementing new warehouse solutions and designing solutions from business requirements.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments, including configuration management and test coordination and validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with business users, external parties and ABAP developers.
• The flexibility to work under strong time pressure and to take part in an on-call rotation for 24x7 incident support.

 

Useful, but not essential:

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry (up to 4 years).
• Further hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• Curiosity and agility in applying AI to warehouse solutions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in your area of expertise.

 

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for the logistics part of Novo's corporate SAP Warehouse Management landscape, covering maintenance and support planning across multiple company codes and countries. You will set direction and deliver results with impact across functions and countries.

 

• Design and improve warehouse solutions in SAP StRM and EWM, based on clear business requirements.
• Take the lead in implementing new warehouse solutions and take part in StRM and EWM projects.
• Support day-to-day system operations and maintenance, and handle incident and problem management on a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Manage configuration, coordinate testing and validation, and keep systems compliant in a GxP setting.
• Work with ABAP developers to find bugs and shape new developments, prioritising and delivering with ownership.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge and explore where AI can strengthen warehouse solutions.

You will join Warehouse Management Solutions within Supply Chain, part of Enterprise IT. In Enterprise IT, colleagues work across the Novo value chain, staying close to stakeholders and helping deliver trusted technology, high quality and responsible ways of working. The team operates, maintains, supports and develops the warehouse systems used globally, from R&D to Sales, and aims to be the IT partner that supports Novo's production and supply chain needs worldwide.

 

Your closest partners will be business users across Novo, ABAP developers and your colleagues in the team. You will work with colleagues across functions and countries, speak up when things stall and bring people together around clear priorities so that work keeps moving.
