PLM Windchill Consultant
Strong experience in Windchill PLM. Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Experience with Windchill customization and configuration. Hands-on experience with Windchill Workflows and Change Management. Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink and Parts Management. Experience in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs. Understanding of CAD integrations, preferably Creo. Knowledge of SQL databases and data migration processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in Windchill upgrades and migration projects. Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Windchill certification is an added advantage Configure, customize, and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions. Work on Windchill modules such as Parts, Documents, Change Management, and Workflows. Develop and maintain Windchill customizations using Java, JSP, and APIs. Perform data migration, BOM management, and product structure management. Integrate Windchill with CAD tools such as Creo and other enterprise applications. Configure lifecycles, workflows, access controls, and organizational structures. Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill application issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide PLM solutions. Support system upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training.Job role
