Job Summary-

We are looking for a Quality Check Associate to review and verify health check-up and diagnostic reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined quality parameters and process guidelines.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of diagnostic tests, medical terminology, and medical reports, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks on health check-up and diagnostic reports.
• Verify reports against client-defined quality parameters and internal process guidelines.
• Review medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, incorrect entries, and other report-related errors.
• Ensure all required information is available before report closure.
• Follow defined quality control processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify and resolve discrepancies when required.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance while processing reports.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
• Escalate critical or complex discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and medical information.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical report verification, quality checking, or a related field.
• B.Pharm or B.Sc. with a Science background.
• Good understanding of diagnostic tests and medical terminology.
• Ability to understand and review medical/diagnostic reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality- and target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.

Work Requirements

• Sunday working may be required based on business requirements.
• Compensatory Off (Comp-off) may be provided during the week for Sunday work, as per company policy.
• Shift timings may extend up to 12:00 AM, depending on process requirements.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/assigned shifts.
• Candidates must be flexible to work according to business and process requirements.
