Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer experience to design, build, test, and maintain robust Java applications. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives, emphasizes clean, scalable code, and staying current with Java advancements. The position contributes to reliable backend services, integration efforts, and data management that support business outcomes.

Software Requirements

Essential

• Proficiency in Java programming language

• Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts

• Familiarity with Java development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and NetBeans

• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

Preferred

• Experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and modern Java EE patterns

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices

• Experience with build tools and version control (e.g., Maven/Gradle, Git)

• Exposure to performance tuning, data modeling, and database optimization
