Job Description

Company: Bike Bazaar Finance

Location: Rasta Peth, Pune

Patliputra, Patna

Position: FCU Tele-caller

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls for customer and loan verification and follow-ups.
  • Verify customer and loan-related information over the phone.
  • Maintain and update customer/case data in MS Excel.
  • Prepare and maintain daily Excel reports and trackers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with tele-calling and data entry work.

Salary & Benefits

  • In-Hand Salary (NTH): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
