About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our team. You’ll support investment analysis, help with deal execution, and assist in expanding our hospitality portfolio. This is a great opportunity to learn about real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Support:

  • Help prepare presentations and reports for potential hotel investments

  • Assist senior team members in deal structuring and research

• Business Development:

  • Research potential partners and hotel opportunities

  • Attend meetings and events to support networking efforts

• Financial Modeling:

  • Work on basic financial models and projections

  • Learn to evaluate investment returns and risks

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Support communication with internal teams and external advisors

  • Help maintain relationships with hotel operators and developers

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate,  or related field

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Interest in hospitality and real estate

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
