🚀 Hiring: In-Store Promoters (Non-Electronics Vertical)

📍 Location: Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad / Raipur / Bhopal

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to drive EMI business growth across non-electronics categories like Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel & Education for Pay-Later business. (Credit Card / Debit Card EMIs)

🔎 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Graduate (Mandatory)

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales / EMI/ Loans / Merchant Acquisition

✅ Comfortable with daily field visits (8-10 stores per day)

✅ Two Wheeler (Mandatory)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct EMI training sessions for store staff

✅ Pitch EMI options directly to walk-in customers

✅ Educate store managers about EMI benefits & business growth

✅ Onboarding new merchants in your area for portfolio growth

✅ Drive awareness and increase EMI penetration in assigned stores

✅ Overachieve monthly EMI store targets for the assigned portfolio

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000 + Incentives based on performance up to ₹10,000

👨‍💼Candidate preferred from: Bajaj Finance / Kotak Finance / IDFC Finance / Fibe / Shopsee / Savein / Paytm & any other finance loan background
