Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive sales of springs, wire forms, CNC components, and related tooling products to B2B clients.
New Business Development: Identify, outreach, and close new accounts; nurture leads in sectors such as automotive, healthcare, appliances, energy, and electronics.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

Essential Qualifications & Characteristics
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or equivalent.
2–5 years experience in technical or B2B sales within manufacturing-related industries.
Strong grasp of manufacturing processes—springs, CNC machining, tooling, metal forming.
Fluent in communication—able to articulate technical value propositions effectively.
Field experience connecting with OEMs or supply chain stakeholders.
Comfortable with quotation systems, CRM tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and collaborative.
Nice to Have Existing industry contacts in sectors like automotive, healthcare, or home appliances.
Experience negotiating large value contracts or managing tenders.

Job Summary:
Pavithra Toolings is seeking a skilled and motivated Tool and Die Maker with 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in precision tool and die manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Operate and maintain machines like milling, grinding, EDM, turning, and surface grinding.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and blueprints.
Conduct regular inspection and measurements using precision instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality as per design specifications.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and dies.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth operation and process improvement.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the tool room.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
           ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or equivalent.
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in tool and die making.
Strong knowledge of tool room machines and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD designs.
Good problem-solving and mechanical skills.
Basic understanding of material properties and heat treatment processes.
Team player with good communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience in press tools, injection molds, or die casting tools.
Exposure to CNC machines or Wire EDM is a plus.

Handling breakdowns and perform root cause analysis for quick resolution.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of all tooling &amp; Mould.
Ensure accurate fitting and finishing of die components as per drawings.

New Product Development (NPD):
Collaborate with the NPD team during development of new bath fitting products (taps,

Participate in first-trial runs and support in die validation and modification.
Provide Solution for tooling issues observed during sample trials.
Coordinate with design and production departments to implement improvements.
Assist in reducing tool development lead time through proactive planning and

adjustment.

Key Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge of fitting die/Mould.
Hands-on experience in NPD tooling support and trial handling.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&amp;T symbols, and tool layouts.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge,

Depth Micrometer.
Understanding of tool materials, tolerances, and surface finishing.
Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, safety protocols, and ISO documentation practices.
