Maintenance Technician

Assist the patient at their home or hospital for the nursing care for 24 hours / required by patient party
Give medicine / monitor vital signs as per the requirements
Maintain personnel hygiene of the patients to avoid infection.

· Strict adherence to achievement of Target allocated - Revenue and Admissions

· Reporting on a Daily basis to the Lead -BD on the areas covered and Doctors met
· Ensuring regular feedback to the Doctors on the patient’s condition
· To take respective Centre heads and doctors on field visits every week.
· Preparation of consolidated Doctors consultation fees every month end and handing over to the finance department for disbursement.
 


Sales & Marketing Executive

· Do the clinical assessment at patient house and understand the case before deployment.
· Inform the operation team about his / her findings and give suggestions on case management
· Deploy the relevant Nursing/ Caretaker staff to the case and give them briefing about the case.
· Collect the first advance from the patient party after deployment.
· Periodic checking with the patient/ patient party/our staff regarding the case progress report.
· Find suitable replacement if any of the staff required leave due to various reasons.
· Do periodic visit to patient house and give solutions for any escalation.
· Promote cross celling of Sukino services to the patients who are eligible for it.
· Maintain records of the patient consent forms.
· Carryout short services in the respective allotted area.

2. Address any complaints, safety concerns, or issues with care delivery and take appropriate actions
3. Verify that caregivers are documenting activities, patient interactions, and any changes in the client’s condition properly
4. Ensure that safety protocols are followed and the client's well-being is always prioritized.
5. Regularly report to upper management or the care coordination team regarding caregiver performance, client satisfaction, and any concerns or issues that arise.


Observe and report patients' conditions, including food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs. Provide care by managing bed pans, applying dressings, and overseeing exercise routines. Assist patients with walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
