Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide store staff to maintain high performance standards.
Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Train, motivate, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
