Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and operations
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Handle courier, inward–outward register, and dispatch
Maintain physical and digital records, files, and documentation
Support travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel bookings), if required
Assist in HR/Admin coordination such as attendance and visitor management
Create and manage employee ID cards, access cards, and records during onboarding
Handle employee exit formalities in coordination with HR
Collect, verify, and document company assets (laptops, chargers, ID cards, access cards, etc.) during employee exits
Maintain and update asset registers and handover records
Coordinate with IT and HR teams for asset return and access deactivation
Manage pest control services, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and service records
Ensure office cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of facilities
Prepare basic MIS reports and admin documentation
