EaseOtrip.com is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle domestic and international travel inquiries, assist with bookings, plan itineraries, resolve customer queries, and drive travel sales through excellent service and effective upselling.

- 🗺️ Provide accurate travel information, fare details, and itinerary planning.
- 💬 Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- 📈 Upsell hotels, insurance, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- 🤝 Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- 🎯 Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- 🔄 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth bookings and issue resolution.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:👨💼 Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 😊 Customer-focused with good sales and negotiation skills.
- 💻 Basic computer knowledge with MS Office skills.
- ✈️ Travel industry experience preferred.
- 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
