💼 Job Responsibilities
* कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए leads/database पर customers को कॉल करना।
* हमारे products & services के बारे में customers को basic information देना।
* Potential customers से बातचीत करके उनकी requirement समझना।
* Interested customers का proper follow-up करना।
* Sales team के लिए qualified leads generate करना।
* Customer की queries को समझकर संबंधित team member को forward करना।
* Daily calling और follow-up report maintain करना।
* WhatsApp/phone के माध्यम से customers से regular communication रखना।
* दिए गए daily/weekly calling targets को achieve करना।
🎯 Candidate Profile
* अच्छी communication skills होनी चाहिए।
* Hindi बोलना अनिवार्य; basic English/Punjabi का knowledge होने पर advantage।
* Confident होकर customers से बात करने की क्षमता।
* Basic computer/mobile और WhatsApp की जानकारी।
* Positive attitude और सीखने की इच्छा।
* Target-oriented और disciplined candidate को preference।
💰 Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Salary candidate की experience, communication skills और performance के अनुसार तय की जाएगी।
