Position: Team Leader (TL)

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports.
  • Handle and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor team performance and achieve assigned targets.
  • Resolve team-related issues and support team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
  • Track daily activities and share performance updates with management.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of daily and weekly reporting.
  • Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.


Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant role.
