Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
Location: In office
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
About the role
We are looking for a performance marketing specialist to plan, run and optimise our paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end to end
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets to improve return on spend
Test creatives, audiences and keywords
Share clear reports on spend, leads and sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong grasp of campaign structure, targeting and analytics
