Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, maintain proper records, and monitor warehouse stock movement and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory and stock control activities.
• Monitor stock levels, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, stock transfers, issues, returns, and adjustments.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and tracking of inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, finance, and operations teams.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired stock.
• Generate and maintain inventory MIS reports and stock statements.
• Ensure timely system updates for all inventory transactions.
• Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Identify inventory-related process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Good understanding of stock control and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/inventory management systems.
• Good MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory activities efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain/Warehouse Management qualification will be an advantage.
• 3–7 years of relevant warehouse/inventory management experience.
• Strong experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and system operations is mandatory.
• Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/FMCG industry will be preferred.
