Role SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, execute digital campaigns, and drive brand visibility and lead generation for our security, facility management, and trading divisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, performance marketing, SEO, and content creation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand awareness.
• Paid Advertising: Design, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate quality leads for corporate security and facility management services.
• SEO & Website Management: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
• Content Creation: Write compelling ad copies, social media posts, blog outlines, and email marketing content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, traffic, reach) using analytics tools and prepare regular growth reports.
• Online Reputation: Monitor online reviews, handle digital inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image across digital touchpoints.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Familiarity with graphic design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) for creating marketing creatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
